With over ten years of experience, Chef JJ has mastered a range of international cuisines, including Japanese, Thai, French, and American, bringing a unique and diverse flavor profile to every dish he creates. His dedication to culinary excellence and his warm, welcoming approach to hospitality ensure that each meal is an exceptional experience.
Previously serving as Chef de Cuisine at renowned establishments such as Yume Sushi and Kyojin Sushi, Chef JJ now brings his expertise to Siam Miyaki as a vital member of our team. His artistry in sushi and commitment to quality are sure to delight our guests.
